Kalundborg Museum is a part of the town's old medieval quarter located by the five-domed Church of Our Lady, historical Hærwig by Kalundborg fjord and Esbern Snare’s castle ruins. Exhibitions on Medieval history, the Crusades, maritime history, provincial and market town life and traditional folk costumes.
Informational materials: The museum does not yet have in English materials available, but English explanations are provided in select exhibition areas.
App: An English version of the newly developed app, iKorstogsbyen Kalundborg is available for download. The app gives information about the museum's immediate surroundings as well as the surrounding medieval town.
Parking: Free parking is available by the museum.
Food/drink: Beverages can be purchased in the museum shop. Packed lunch can be enjoyed in the museum’s Banquet Hall or function room.
